CATC welcomes three new members to board of directors

The Cincinnati Arts & Technology Center is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to its board of directors, deepening the agency’s expertise in development, marketing and customer experience.

Scott Enders, senior vice president and director of customer experience, Bancorp, Fifth Third Bank brings a 25-year track record in the financial services industry. His expertise in quality, operations, process improvement, and strategies for improving customer experience will bring value to the range of CATC programs.

Kristen Wevers, senior vice president and chief marketing and communications officer, UC Health, brings 29 years of leadership experience in brand-building, marketing, communications and business development, especially in the healthcare and consumer products sectors with Procter & Gamble and Mercy Health. She has been an active supporter of CATC since its inception, has been a member of the marketing committee for more than a year, and now joins the board’s marketing committee.

Tim Ducker is business development and strategy manager, GKN Aerospace. He brings expertise in sales, customer management and new business development, with a focus on the manufacturing industry, an area under development in the CATC Bridging the Gap workforce development program. Tim also will serve on the CATC board of directors for young professionals.

“We continue to enrich our board of directors with strong local leaders who are recognizing the positive impact that CATC programs are having on Cincinnati families, area businesses, and neighborhoods,” said CATC Chairwoman Karen Bowman. “We are already graduating 93% of our participating seniors, as well as launching dozens of CATC graduates into careers in the very industries that our new board members represent.  I can’t wait to see the value that Scott, Kristin and Tim will bring to students in all of our programs.”
