Yellowstone, we did it!

Ten CATC students have returned from the trip of their young lives–an expedition to Yellowstone National Park. The students climbed a mountain, cooked healthy meals, met fellow travelers from all over the world, admired beautiful wildlife, learned about teamwork, conservation and stewardship. Their two months of preparation for the trip included  hikes in area parks, a Skype meeting with the Yellowstone Foundation, and a tour by Thane Maynard at the Cincinnati zoo to learn about the animals they were likely  to see at Yellowstone. CATC plans to measure the impact that this type of opportunity can have on future performance. Check back soon for more photos and details of their trip. See WCPO story. See Enquirer story.
